Science argues that women have an inbred ability to grumble. [Muttering, mumbling and whining may also apply on certain models]. It's sort of like a sixth sense that matures and reaches its optimum peak when women marry. Nature, on the other hand, has provided for the males with early hearing loss and short attention spans. Everyone's happy all around!
Yeah, I'm 'way glad you're back, Nicole. This was a card given to us to congratulate our wedding. I've always loved this picture. I can't help but wonder if it's a real picture or if it was staged...
Reminds me of a saying in the Navy: "A bitchin' sailor is a happy sailor." Also of a plaque my daughter's mom had: "Treat your wife like a thoroughbred and she won't turn into an old nag."
If I were that wife, I'd hop on that horse and plow over my damn husband!
